I think the biggest awareness I have gained in this training is self-compassion.
Maybe because of our upbringing, maybe because of the rush of life, maybe for other reasons,
we cannot show ourselves the compassion that we can show to others. This is quite normalized in the context we live in.

From the very first class, I felt a great relaxation in my body. As time passed, I noticed that my posture improved, areas like shoulders and waist where my tension was gathering relaxed. I learned to listen to my body, and all this developed spontaneously without realizing it. Every morning when I wake up, I check my body, stretch and do whatever it needs. In this journey, which has been going on for about 4 months, I have started to feel privileged. It has been very good for me to be doing something good for myself, to be looking for solutions in the flow of life, to see and heal the dark and judgmental sides of myself. Yoga helped me to remember more clearly the feelings of compassion, gratitude and kindness. This process gave me the courage to see my physical limits and to push my limits.
