Who I am

Hello

I began my well-being journey in 2009, alongside the start of my expat life. My experiences across different cultures gradually led me to deepen my path through mindfulness and body-based practices.

I have received mindfulness training at an international level and specialized in trauma-informed yoga and trauma-sensitive mindfulness.

I offer tailored sessions—both online and in-person—for individuals and organizations, and I also provide supervision support for mindfulness teachers.
